My accident case involved multiple insurance defendants, one of whom did not have insurance. The office of Paciocco & Mellow not only took on my case, they addressed any issues I had with my own Insurance Adjuster throughout my recovery. They were in contact with me with each relevant step up to Mediation. I experienced friendly down to earth discussions, and really well explained answers thru phone or emails to my legal questions, and typically in a very short response time. I was always well informed covering all the possible angles and results. The case is closed now – and I would highly recommend anyone consult this office first if you believe you have a case!

Gino, James, Krista, and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dina D’Andrea represented myself as a client and also my father and I in a separate case. I live in Sarnia there in Windsor she made everything easy as far as signing papers and was always there if we had any questions. They got our settlements fast without any issues. And they get paid when and only if you win.. I could not have dreamed of a better person to represent me than Gino. Gino went above and beyond and massively exceeded expectations due to his experience and expertise.
