How much will I get from my case?
In order for our lawyers to provide you with an opinion as to what your case may be worth, it is necessary to interview you and to review your medical records. It is often the case that your long-term condition will not be known for a number of months, if not longer, following the accident and that our lawyers will only be able to provide you a very rough estimate of your potential recovery at the initial meeting. Rest assured that the lawyers of Paciocco & Mellow will do everything in their power to ensure that you get the compensation that you deserve as the result of your accident.
How much will it cost me to hire a lawyer?
At Paciocco & Mellow, the majority of cases are handled on a contingency basis. This means that the legal fees are paid as a pre-determined percentage of the amount recovered as the result of a settlement or judgment. If no amount is recovered, no legal fees are paid. Disbursements are generally paid for by the insurer of the defendant as part of the settlement.
Do I have a case?
It is important that you contact an experienced lawyer, such as the lawyers at Paciocco & Mellow, as soon as possible following an accident or the onset of a disability. We provide a free initial consultation where you will sit down with one of our experienced lawyers, who will obtain all the details of your situation and who will tell you whether you have a case.
